Imran and Pinky both brother and sister are the most hardworking realtors I have ever met. My home buying process was tough right from the day 1. I met them at one of their listings. Imran and Pinky provides excellent service as a team. My new house was under contingency and they worked very hard to close my present home and new home at the same time. Very knowledgable about the southwest market and good connections with all builders. They knew the plans, prices and inventory and community details handy. Imran got the house very well negotiated. we were ready to pay more for the deal but from his end he did strong negotiation back and forth for two days and saved us extra thousands of dollars on the deal. I know few neighbors on the block and realized purchase price per sq foot of our house was comparably lower than what they paid. They were present in builder walkthrough, final walkthrough and inspection. They were keen on getting things fixed from construction company before the closing. As per my experience this team has a very good reputation in the industry. Imran and pinky worked very hard in four residential property transaction for my family.
